Alpha Adventures has a clear and transparent refund policy designed to be fair to both participants and the company. Please read through this policy carefully before booking your trek.
If you cancel your trek 30 days or more before the trek date, you will receive a 100% refund of your booking amount. No questions asked. Processing time for refunds is 7-10 business days.
If you cancel within 8-29 days before the trek date, 50% of your booking amount will be refunded. The remaining 50% will be retained as cancellation charges to cover our operational costs.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trek date are not eligible for any refund. We will not be able to reschedule or adjust your booking without losing operational costs already incurred.
Instead of canceling, you can reschedule your trek to another date within one year of your original booking date without any additional charges. This must be requested at least 7 days before your scheduled trek date.
If Alpha Adventures cancels a trek due to weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule without any charges. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
If you join the trek but leave midway, no refund will be provided for the remaining days. No refunds will be given for services not utilized due to personal reasons.
If you cancel due to a medical emergency (backed by medical certificate), we will consider a refund or full reschedule. Please contact us immediately with medical documentation.
Group bookings (10+ participants) have special terms. Cancellation charges may vary based on the group agreement. Please refer to your group booking contract for specific terms.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 7-10 business days. Please verify the payment method used during booking.
To request a refund, email us at support@alphaadventures.com with your booking ID and reason for cancellation. We will process your request and send confirmation within 48 hours.
