Alpha Adventures provides trekking and adventure services. Trekking involves inherent risks and physical challenges. By booking and participating in any trek, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks.

Risk Acknowledgment

Trekking involves physical exertion, exposure to natural elements, altitude changes, uneven terrain, and potential injuries. Participants trek at their own risk. Alpha Adventures is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses during the trek.

Physical Fitness

Participants must be in good physical health. We recommend consulting a doctor before undertaking any trek. Trek difficulty levels are provided as guidelines. Your personal fitness level may vary. It is your responsibility to choose an appropriate trek.

Medical Conditions

You must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, medications, and physical limitations to Alpha Adventures before the trek. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in denial of service or expulsion from the trek.

Insurance Requirement

Travel insurance and adventure activity coverage are mandatory. Ensure your insurance covers trekking activities, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Alpha Adventures is not responsible for medical costs or evacuation expenses not covered by insurance.

Weather & Natural Conditions

Trekking involves exposure to weather elements including rain, snow, extreme heat, or cold. Weather conditions can change rapidly. Alpha Adventures may modify or cancel treks due to severe weather. Participants must follow all weather-related instructions from guides.

Altitude Sickness

High-altitude treks carry risk of altitude sickness. Symptoms include headache, nausea, shortness of breath, and fatigue. Acclimatization days are included in high-altitude treks. Inform guides immediately if you experience altitude sickness symptoms.

Wildlife & Nature

You may encounter wildlife during treks. Follow all guide instructions regarding wildlife safety. Do not approach animals. Respect nature and maintain safe distance. Alpha Adventures is not responsible for wildlife-related incidents.

Equipment & Preparation

Wear appropriate trekking gear and footwear. Bring necessary medications, water, and provisions. Poor preparation may increase risk of injury. Alpha Adventures may refuse service to unprepared participants.

Guide Authority

Trek guides have authority to make decisions regarding participant safety and trek continuation. All guide instructions must be followed. Failure to comply with guide instructions may result in expulsion from the trek without refund.

Assumption of Risk

By booking and participating in any trek with Alpha Adventures, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with trekking. You waive any claims against Alpha Adventures for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the trek.

Consent to Medical Treatment

You consent to reasonable medical treatment provided by Alpha Adventures staff or emergency services if you become injured or ill during the trek. You authorize emergency medical evacuation if necessary.

Age & Minors

Participants under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult guardian who assumes full responsibility for the minor. The guardian must sign all liability waivers on behalf of the minor.
