By using the Alpha Adventures website and booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
All trek bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only after payment is received. Booking confirmation will be sent via email. We reserve the right to modify trek dates or cancel treks if minimum participant requirements are not met.
Payment must be made in full before the trek date unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. A 10% advance payment may be required for group bookings.
Cancellations made 30 days before the trek date are fully refundable. Cancellations within 30 days incur 50% cancellation charges. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
Participants must be at least 13 years old for beginner treks. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Participants should be in good physical health. We recommend consulting your doctor before undertaking any trek.
While we take every precaution to ensure safety, trekking involves inherent risks. Alpha Adventures is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses during the trek. Travel insurance is mandatory. Participants trek at their own risk.
Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications. Alpha Adventures is not responsible for medical emergencies not disclosed at the time of booking. Emergency evacuation costs are the participant's responsibility unless covered by insurance.
Participants must follow all guidelines and instructions from trek guides. Disruptive behavior, intoxication, or violation of rules may result in expulsion from the trek without refund. Respect for nature and fellow participants is mandatory.
Alpha Adventures reserves the right to reschedule or cancel treks due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. Alternative dates will be offered or full refunds provided.
All content on our website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Alpha Adventures. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Alpha Adventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the trek booking amount.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration according to Indian law. The venue shall be in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
