If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email. The cancellation charges will be determined based on the date we receive your written notification.
We reserve the right to cancel any trek due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or political instability. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative trek of equal value. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses incurred as a result of your booking.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to a friend or family member, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the departure date. Administrative fees may apply.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment used during the booking.
