Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Alpha Adventures, we strive to provide the best experience for our trekkers. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Cancellation by Participant

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email. The cancellation charges will be determined based on the date we receive your written notification.

  • 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total trek fee will be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • 15 to 29 days before departure: 30% of the total trek fee will be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total trek fee will be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • Less than 7 days before departure or No Show: No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation by Alpha Adventures

We reserve the right to cancel any trek due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or political instability. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative trek of equal value. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses incurred as a result of your booking.

3. Transfer of Booking

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to a friend or family member, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the departure date. Administrative fees may apply.

4. Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment used during the booking.
