By accessing our website and booking our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
To confirm a booking, you must pay the required deposit or full amount as specified during the booking process. We accept various modes of payment including credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI.
Trekking involves physical exertion. By booking a trek, you certify that you are medically fit to undertake the journey. Alpha Adventures reserves the right to ask for a medical certificate or refuse participation if a trekker is found unfit.
Adventure activities involve inherent risks. While we take utmost care of safety, Alpha Adventures will not be liable for any injury, loss of life, or damage to personal property during the trek. Participants must sign a risk-assumption waiver before the trek starts.
Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the trek leaders. Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or smoking is strictly prohibited during the trek. Alpha Adventures reserves the right to expel any participant without refund if their behavior jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of the group.
Alpha Adventures reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, political situations, or other unforeseen factors to ensure the safety of the participants.
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating your trek and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
